Who ever has just one Piña Colada? Certainly not us! 🍍
Created for the 2026 Alma Beer Festival, our Nord Colada quickly became a crowd favourite. This creamy frozen cocktail combines the refreshing taste of KWE Wild Mint Syrup with sweet pineapple and rich coconut.
The best part? This recipe is completely alcohol-free, so everyone can enjoy it. Want to make it boozy? Simply add your favourite rum when serving.

Ingredients
Makes one batch (slush machine)
1 L KWE Wild Mint Syrup
1 can (about 400 ml) coconut cream
1.5 L pineapple juice
1 L water
250 ml lime juice
Our recommendation
For the perfect cocktail, add 1½ to 2 oz (45–60 ml) of FOVE Distillery Dark Rum directly to the glass. Its smooth, mellow character pairs beautifully with the tropical and boreal flavours.
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a large container and stir until well mixed.
Pour the mixture into your slush (granita) machine.
Allow it to freeze until it reaches a smooth, slushy consistency.
Pour into a chilled glass.
Add the dark rum directly to the glass, if desired.
Garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge and enjoy!
KWE Tip
Don't have a slush machine? Simply blend the mixture with plenty of ice for a delicious frozen version at home.
